Appetizer Choices:
Baked Brie with roasted grapes and balsamic reduction – we suggest pairing with Heritage Bellissimo

Crab Cakes with remoulade sauce, grilled lemon, and microgreens – we suggest pairing with Heritage Chardonnay
Soup:
Good Fortune Soup with bacon, ham, collard greens, black eye peas, chardonnay, and crostini – we suggest pairing with Heritage Chardonnay
Main Choices:
Pan-Seared Beef Tenderloin with scallop potatoes, broccolini, roasted garlic semillon cream sauce – we suggest pairing with Heritage Cabernet Sauvignon
OR
Chilean Seabass with pistachio pesto risotto, broccolini, grilled lemon, and garlic butter – we suggest pairing with Heritage Chardonnay
Dessert Choices:
Key Lime Pie with kiva infused whipped cream and spicy pecan crumble – we suggest pairing with Heritage Bellissimo
OR
Bordeaux Cherry Chocolate Tart with vanilla ice cream, seasonal grapes, and muscat canelli butter sauce – we suggest pairing with St. Clair Port
Champagne Toast Choices:
Heritage Brut, Heritage Imperial Kir, or Heritage Bellissimo (can be served at any time during the meal as you prefer.) Guests will be served 1 glass per person. Wine Club Members will receive 1 bottle per couple.
