Say goodbye to 2024 and welcome the new year with laughter as Apex Entertainment hosts its third New Year's Eve Comedy Night.
Doors open at 6 with buffet at 6:30 and showtime at 8 p.m.
Top Boston Comedians Ken "The Viper" Rogerson and Sean Sullivan co-headline the end-of-year event at Apex Entertainment Marlborough on Tuesday, December 31.
Chris Cameron, a favorite of clubs and more around New England, will host.
Advance sale show-only tickets are $35 and VIP tables (4 seats, table service) are $170.
Additionally, buffet dinner-and-show tickets are $65, and dinner-show VIP tables (4 seats, table service) $260.
Dinner will include the following :
- General Tso’s Chicken with Broccoli
- Asian Stir Fry
- Fried Rice
- Mini Vegetable Spring Rolls
Guests may purchase beverages for an additional charge.
Show only tickets will be available at the door for $40 (cash only) if seats are available.
Ken "The Viper" Rogerson has performed on the nationwide “Rescue Me Comedy Tour” with Denis Leary, and made television appearances on such shows as NBC’s Late night with Conan O’Brien, The Late Show with David Letterman, Rescue Me, Comics Come Home for Comedy Central and Showtime’s A Pair of Jokers and more. Rogerson has also appeared at The Chicago Comedy Festival and TBS’s The Comedy Festival in Las Vegas. The Boston Herald proclaimed, “He makes the absurd seem logical” and Las Vegas Magazine wrote, “As far as pure stand-up goes, it doesn’t get any better than Rogerson.”
Sean Sullivan, winner of the “Funniest Person in Massachusetts" contest in 2022, is an accomplished and popular stand-up comedian and sketch comedy performer, with loose and unpredictable tendencies that have audience members guessing at what he'll come up with next. Named as one of Boston's top comics by The Boston Globe, Boston Herald and Boston Phoenix, the former Late Night with Conan O'Brien intern has also been profiled in The Weekly Dig. He performed on Die Laughing, a 30-minute television pilot produced by Friends co-creator Kevin Bright. He has also appeared on Comedy Central, and is a two-time semifinalist at the Boston Comedy Festival.
Chris Cameron has worked at comedy clubs, fund-raisers and theaters around New England. He's been the runner-up in the Boynton's Comedy Contest in Manchester, N.H., and the Witch City Comedy Contest in Salem, Mass. He has shared the stage with top headliners including Juston McKinney, Mike McDonald, Paul Nardizzi and Paul D'Angelo.
