With the support of a lifestyle coach and your physician, lifestyle changes are made to reduce the risk of developing diabetes.
This evidence based diabetes prevention program is supported by the Centers for Disease Control and is free for adults.
This program has a $650.00 value for FREE compared to Weight Watchers.
The 16 core sessions are held weekly for an hour and includes education online via Zoom Meeting.
Your lifestyle coach will reach out weekly with topics pertaining to how to make healthy lifestyle changes.
The post core session meets monthly for 1 hour for 6 months online and your coach will reach out monthly.
