Change doesn’t happen overnight – it takes time! NDPP will provide you with a whole year of support from a trained lifestyle coach, along with peer support within a group setting. Don’t miss your chance to find encouragement, advice and support from individuals who are trying to live a healthier lifestyle, just like you. This class meets weekly for 16 weeks, then twice a month for eight months, for a total of one year.

If registration is full, please call the Peter Alfond Prevention & Health Living Center at 872-4102 to be added to the wait list.
