The Bellevue Hospital's monthly community service, Morning and Evening Health Break is a program that offers free and reduced health screenings, educational literature, a light breakfast or snack, and a registered nurse to answer your health questions.
Morning and Evening Health Breaks offers a variety of different screenings including:
- Blood pressure and blood glucose (sugar) tests - FREE
- A1C Diabetes tests - $10
- Lipid Panels - $15
- TSH (Thyroid) - $20
- PSA (Prostate) - $25
