100th Celebration Modoc District Fair

Arena/Livestock Complex
8:00am: Livestock Rabbit Show begins (Rabbit Barn)
11:00am: Free! Livestock Exhibits open
12:00pm:  Free! Modoc Heritage Summer Series Finale featuring Whiskey Creek Buckers
12:00pm - 6:00pm: D.G. Wild Horse Exhibit (Beef Barn)

Midway
10:00am - 8:00pm: Exhibit Buildings Open
10:30am: Hot Summer Nights Car and Motorcycle check-in
12:00pm: Carnival and Midway Opens, just $5 to ride all day!
12:00 – 3:00pm: Dunk Booth
12:00 – 3:00pm: Free! Hot Summer Nights Car and Motorcycle and Sock Hop by “Jim Shoe and The Sneakers”
12pm: Free! Senior Citizens Barbecue by Alturas Noon / Sunrise Rotary’s and SV Service Club
2:00 – 3:00pm: Free! Watermelon Eating Contest (Main Stage)
2:45pm: Free! Diaper Derby hosted by First 5 Modoc (Midway)
3:00 – 5:00pm: Free! Kids Day Rodeo sponsored by Modoc County CattleWomen and Karen Hill (Ages 12 and Under)
5:00pm: Greased Pig Contest
5:30 – 7:00pm: Surprise Valley FFA Barbecue
8:00pm: Free! Street Dance, music by “Joey Carmon Band”
8:00pm: Exhibit Buildings Close
11:00pm: Midway and Carnival Closes
