Plan to attend this FREE introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program presented by LVHN Center for Mindfulness staff.

Mindfulness is an innate human capacity to be fully present in our life with an attitude of curiosity. It helps us to bring all of our resources to situations without getting caught up in worry or fear.

Mindfulness Based stress Reduction is a training program which enables us to meet life?s challenges with more resiliency.

In this interactive and experiential 90-minute session you will get a brief overview of what is mindfulness and how it can help you to better manage stress.

Those participants interested in taking the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program may remain at the conclusion of the program for a brief interview to discuss their goals for participation.
