12:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Sign in at The EastSide
01:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Flagpole Set Up
03:00 pm: Potato Gun Salute, Ribbon Cutting Pool Side
04:00 pm: Warm up at Jaspers and Swimmer Scout Wall Signings
06:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Dinner Around Town - Make your reservations early.
