Memorial Day Murph and Waffles

About the Event

Come exercise in honor of Navy Lt. Michael Murphy and every American military soldier that risked their lives for our country.
With three ‘Murph’ options you’re guaranteed to find one to fit your fitness level.

Full Murph - 1 Mile Run, 100 Pull-Ups, 200 Push-Ups, 300 Air Squats, 1 Mile Run (weighted vest optional).

Half Murph - Everything halved.

Modified Murph - 50 Cal Assault Bike, 200 Ring Rows, 200 Floor Press, 200 Air Squats, 1000M Row

After the completion of the Murph, at 9AM, join us for some fresh made waffles, sausage, coffee, and adult beverages.
