Come celebrate Memorial Day by doing the CrossFit workout Murph or participate in a 5k 'Burden March'. Food, giveaways, and community!

Join us in honoring our heroes and pushing your limits this Memorial Day! Celebrate by participating in either the CrossFit workout Murph or a 5k 'Burden March'. There will be two Murph heats with a concurrent 5k 'Burden March'. Enjoy food, giveaways, and community!
