Schedule of Events
4:30-6pm: Create a Christmas ornament and necklace craft at the library. Write a letter to Santa and place in his mailbox.
6pm: Night Light Parade. Join our night light parade and help light up our downtown. Bring a glow light / Christmas lights / safe torch to walk with. Glow lights will be provided for children while supplies last. Participants will parade down Virginia street and businesses will turn on their Christmas lights as they pass by.
6:15 pm: Christmas tree lighting at the park. Children are encouraged to decorate the tree with the ornaments made at the library.
6:15-8pm: Enjoy Christmas music, warm by the fire pits, take a picture with Santa and Mrs. Claus, enjoy cookies, cocoa and cider at the Depot, and hopefully build a snowman in the park.
DONATIONS will be collected at the Depot for our local food bank. You are encouraged to brink a canned food item or a new pair of adult socks or gloves.
