8AM: Gates Open, vendor setup begins.

9AM - 9PM: Dining Hall Open For Meals and Refreshments, Mushroom ID Tables in Dining Hall Breakfast is served 9AM - 11AM.

9AM - 5PM: Lake open for free kayaking and canoeing - boats available for use during festival, or bring your own boat to the festival.

10AM - 2PM: Artists’ Market + Mini Farmers’ Market, featuring Roots Run Deep Food Truck

10AM: Plant and Seed Swap at Market

10AM - 11AM: WORKSHOP: “Medicinal Mushrooms with Jess Hatfield: “Who They Are & How To Use Them”. Learn about mushroom teas, decoction, alcohol extracts, medicinal benefits, mushroom ID and more!

10AM - 12PM: WORKSHOP: Expert - Lead Foraging Hike.

10AM - 1PM: KIDS WORKSHOP: Tie Dyeing for Kids and Adults.

11AM - 12PM: WORKSHOP: Kombucha and Beginners’ Fermentation with Jamie White.

12PM - 1PM: LUNCH Available in Dining Hall,

11AM - 3PM: Roots Run Deep Food Truck.

1PM - 2PM: WORKSHOP: Tim F. of Goose Island - “Yeast Harvesting Toolkit: A Guide To Successful Microbial Foraging”.

2PM - 3PM: KIDS WORKSHOP: Seed Bombs / Save The Bees - make seed bombs for the birds and the bees! Learn about the importance of pollinators, local wildflowers, and more.

3PM - 4:30PM: WORKSHOP: “Cooking With Mushrooms” - Meal Kits will be available for purchase! We will demo campfire cooking tips too. Bread Demo by: For The Love of Sourdough with Flo Dough.

4:30PM - 5:30/6PM: WORKSHOP: “Mushroom Costume + Mask Making for Parade”. Kids AND Adults Encouraged to participate! Free supplies provided, or bring your own mushroom / woodland themed costumes from home, and participate in our Mushroom - Themed Parade before the music begins for the evening!

6:15PM - 6:45: PARADE: “Dancin’ In The Streets Costume Parade / Mushroom Super Jam”. Parade Kicks off at Art Building, Ends at Dining Hall. Free S’mores to follow parade

7:15PM - 11PM: Live music
