Now you better believe we are beyond excited to bring you the 14th annual Litchfield Triathlou! All Triathlou athletes get the official race shirt, an awesome custom finisher medal, post race snacks, free photos, and an epic race experience! Swimming in Lake Lou Yaeger is the best OWS you will have in the midwest. There really is no comparison to this large beach with pristine flat racing water. The bike course is fun racing throughout the county roads…look forward to a very enjoyable ride. The run offers very honest mile paces with plenty of flats for you to roll on. You want freebies, speed, and camaraderie-you better get to the 14th Annual Litchfield Triathlou Triathlon!

Events Offered

Sprint: .31 Mile Swim, 13 Mile Bike, 3.1 Mile Run 

Duathlon (Sprint): 2 Mile Run, 13 Mile Bike, 3.1 Mile Run 

Clydesdale/Athena Sprint Tri: .3 Mile Swim, 13 Mile Bike, 3.1 Mile Run (Athena 166+ lbs or Clydesdale 220+lbs)

Sprint Team Tri: Race as a 2 or 3 Person Team with each participant racing one or two legs of the sprint triathlon.

Saturday September 7, 2024:

5:00-7:00 PM Early Packet Pick Up (At the beach house) 

5:00-7:00 PM Swimming Practice (only when lifeguards are present)

Sunday September 8, 2024:

6:30-7:45 AM Race Day Packet Pick Up

6:30-7:45 AM Transition Open 

6:30-7:45 AM Body Marking Outside Transition Area 

7:45 AM Transition Closes to ALL Participants 

7:45 AM Swim Check In 

7:50 AM Final Event Instructions 

8 AM Swim Starts

10:00 AM Awards Ceremony (estimated)
