Let's Get Growing Series - Greenhouse and Vegetable Production

Do you want to grow vegetables, herbs, and flowers at home. No need to purchase plant starts, learn to grow your own from seed. Simply follow along with us to answer your questions.

No experience needed. Basic seed growing equipment and tools provided. Class format will be virtual with presentations and lots of hands-on work.

Topics will include:
-starting seeds and growing seedlings indoors
-lighting, temperature, and watering techniques
-common pests and disease transplanting seedlings
-successful transplanting into your garden, raised bed or container
-direct sowing of seeds outdoors

Classes are open to all VA-enrolled Veterans. Guests in the same household are welcome.
