Upstate Ultra is presenting its 1st Annual Lake Conestee 50k that will be held at a Lake Conestee Nature Park in Greenville South Carolina. These particular events will be held on a 5 mile loop that wraps around the entire trail system within the nature loops

This is advertised as the BEST first time ultra course for a first timer as well as a PR course! With an 8k loop we are giving you 6 laps of bliss! We will support you we will cheer you on and we will celebrate all the individual achievements during this inaugural event!

It is our goal to aid any and all runners willing to accept this challenge with a fully stock station at the start of the loop with several bathrooms, access to crew stations, food vendors, music, entertainment and an encouraging hand! I encourage you to grab a friend and come out and view what the beautiful park and Greenville County has to offer! Proceeds will help fund the operation and sustainability efforts of the Lake Conestee Nature Foundation and Greenville County Recreation department.
