This class is for you if you are having a hip or knee replaced. You will learn exercises and activities that can help your recovery. You can begin these new exercises before your surgery and keep doing them afterward. You’ll also learn what will happen before, during and after your surgery.

Registration is required. Class dates, times and locations may change without notice.
