Are you a filmmaker looking for a challenge? Johnson City's Third Annual 52 Film Fest is back March 7-9, 2025!

Teams have 52 hours to write, shoot, and edit a short film with a public screening at the end. It may prove to be one of the most challenging and memorable moments of your life! Learn more below or sign up now:

Event Overview

Join us for Johnson City's third annual 52 Film Fest! Teams will compete in a timed, film competition for a chance to win amazing prizes. All completed films turned in on-time will screen at the Wallace Theatre in Downtown Johnson City and be eligible for the competition.

Schedule of Event:

10am to noon: Finished films must be dropped off at The Wallace Theater.

5pm: Completed competition films screen, followed by an awards ceremony.

Awards Include:

-Best in Show
-Best Actor & Actress
-Best use of required elements
-Best High School Film
-A. Pearson Vital Voice & Vision
