Introduction to Chronic Pain and its Treatment is a chronic pain management program facilitated by a behavioral psychologist and physical therapist to help individuals understand and deal with pain. In this six week class you will learn tools to help manage your chronic pain including gentle movement, mood management and how to get a good night's sleep.

These classes will allow you to:

-Learn about your pain
-Develop and practice healthy pain management skills
-Move more without the fear of pain
-Have a better quality of life
