Most newlyweds barely make it through the door of their hotel room before crashing from exhaustion, but these two end up spending their first night as a married couple journeying through the streets of Jerusalem. The root of their adventure? The groom’s ex-girlfriend sent him a ring as a wedding gift, which the bride is determined to return without delay. Written and directed by Israeli filmmaker Talya Lavie, who also made Zero Motivation, this hilarious film premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival.
