A Taste of the South: Award-Winning Flavor and Fun
We are ecstatic to announce that the Hilton Head Island Seafood Festival has been honored as one of the Taste of The South Magazine's 2024 Taste 50 Winners! This prestigious award, traditionally given to the incredible foods, people, places, and experiences that make the South a great place to live and eat, has never before been bestowed upon a festival or experience until now.

Lowcountry Seafood Experience
Departing From Hudson’s
A two hour excursion that includes instruction on shrimping, oystering, and crabbing with one of the Lowcountry’s foremost waterman, Captain Chris Shoemaker. The captain will demonstrate the skills required to “put food on the table.” After the work is done, guests will enjoy the fruits of their labor at Hudson’s Seafood House on the Docks. Includes a complimentary soft beverage or draft beer as well as sampling of what was harvested at the restaurant.
Launch and Brunch at Rowing and Sailing Center
Paddle Time: 9:00 a.m - 10:30 a.m
Brunch Time: 11:00 a.m - 12:30 p.m
4:00 p.m - 6:00 p.m: Family Fishing Night at Hilton Head Island Rowing and Sailing Center
6:00 p.m - 8:30 p.m: Alexander's Homegrown Supper at Alexander's Restaurant and Wine Bar
6:30 p.m - 8:30 p.m: Zero Forks Given at Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort
