The Sharing Hearts of Griffin Hospital is a support group associated with the Griffin Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation Department.

The intention is to offer further support to those who live with heart disease. Discussions center around a variety of topics of the members’ choosing, all related to the challenge of coping with the disease process.

There are no dues.
