The Health & Wellness Centers and Community Access and Wellness Services offer monthly health screenings at Bath, Green and Stow locations. A mask must be worn by everyone.

Instructions:
-Glucose test for blood sugar: fast for 2 hours prior to testing.
-Complete lipid profile - which includes triglyceride, total cholesterol, HDL/good & LDL/bad cholesterol, cholesterol ratio and glucose): fast for 10-12 hours prior to testing. You may have water and can take medications, if necessary.
