About the Event

Bring your group of merry elves for a holly, jolly good time in a historic holiday wonderland with The Grinch Made Me Do It Saloon Crawl, part of Virginia City’s Christmas on the Comstock. The event takes participants to some of our historic saloons along with restaurants and shops – all decked out for the season – to sip on festive drinks and indulge in sweet treats. Watch for the Grinch roaming the streets spreading his Christmas mischief.

Dress in your favorite holiday attire and vote for most festive stop, best seasonal drink and tastiest treat..

Make a day and night of it by staying in town and shopping at many of our local and unique merchant shops including artisans and jewelers. Take a ride on the V&T Candy Cane Express or the Electric Holiday Train O’Lights, watch our Parade of Lights and stay for the Magical Christmas Fireworks Show, plus much more.
