Grieving means we have loved deeply; no one can tell us how long to grieve. It is a journey. But there are tools and support to help us get through the "suddenly" moments we experience.

Our group is facilitated by people who have experienced grief and want to help you navigate those times with many life-line tools.

What to know about our group:

This group supports the loss of a person.

We have a open door to the group - grief happens everyday

Confidential & safe place

We don't fix grief - we support each other

All are welcome

We start at 6pm
