Please call before attending any community events. It is likely that they will be postponed or canceled as a result of the coronavirus. You can find CDC coronavirus information at cdc.gov/coronavirus; AARP has additional resources at aarp.org/coronavirus.
It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now. If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, you’ve probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. This can be a confusing time when you feel isolated and have many questions about things you’ve never before faced. GriefShare groups meet weekly to help you face these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life. You are welcome to begin attending the GriefShare group at any session. Each is “self-contained;” so you do not have to attend in sequence. You will find encouragement and help whenever you begin. This group is open to anyone.
Our Griefshare group meet Sundays at 5:00 p.m. in the Worship Center (wear a mask and we will practice social distancing. Let us know if you would like a virtual (zoom) option. For more information – contact Hans (hmurdock@culpeperbaptist.org) or Joyce (grief@culpeperbaptist.org).
