We welcome any adult who has experienced the loss of a loved one or of someone whose death has impacted their own life. Our facilitators have each experienced personal loss and are here to walk beside you on the journey of grief you are going through.

We use video sessions featuring experts in the field of loss and grief, followed by our own group discussions but no one is expected to talk unless its their choice to do so.
