This is a distinctly Christian based program, although one does not have to be a believer to benefit from the information that is presented.

We welcome anyone who has had a loss or knows of someone who has. We encourage everyone to come for at least 3 weeks in order to understand what is being shared and give it a try!

It has been a great help to me personally, and many others who have gone through this journey, to begin to understand their feelings and how to navigate life after loss.

You will find and meet others who are experiencing the same things you are, and you will find comfort in the body of Christ , in this community.
