These sessions are FREE and open to anyone in the Alamogordo/Tularosa area who is experiencing grief over loss of a loved one. Each session is “self-contained” so if you miss one you can view that one online.

We are planning on these sessions being an "in person" group participation. COVID-19 guidelines will be followed including: Social distancing (except family members can sit together), having chairs/tables disinfected before & after our meetings, masking is requested per NM State guidelines. If required, our group is able to meet as a group conference call. At the present time we do not have the capability to hold hybrid group meetings.

GriefShare includes a weekly video seminar featuring some of the nation’s foremost experts on dealing with grief. Each seminar is combined with a small group discussion time to allow group participants to talk about the content of the seminar and about how they are dealing with the death of their loved one.

Finally there is a workbook for participants for further personal study and reflection and to help sort out your emotions through journaling. The church is providing the workbook at no charge.
