This 13 week session is offered to everyone who has lost a loved one recently or months or years ago.
Navigating this sad season of lonliness, emptiness, anger and survival over the weeks.
Join others because you are NOT alone ! Participate as much as you feel comfortable. Invite a friend who has this in common with you. .
You need not go through this alone. When registering for the class ,feel free to ask question about the class from our experienced facilitator. Covid safe distancing/masks if applicable
