Please call before attending any community events. It is likely that they will be postponed or canceled as a result of the coronavirus. You can find CDC coronavirus information at cdc.gov/coronavirus; AARP has additional resources at aarp.org/coronavirus.
We welcome any person regardless of age, gender, nationality or culture background, sexual orientation, religious affiliation or marital status at the time of death/separation, no matter the cause or how long it has been since the loss.
We offer a 13-week (2-hour sessions) three times a year. It is a safe and confidential support group led by people who understand the hurts, emotions, and painful experiences of grief.
You will be able to share common experiences with people who are also going through some of life’s most difficult experiences as you are.
To accommodate various schedules, we offer two programs to choose from; Wednesday morning or Sunday evening.
Through videos, group discussion and personal study and reflection, you will:
- Learn helpful, practical information that will help you recover from the pain of grief and loss
- Learn ways to restore your hope and rebuild your life
