Three Days of Trail Run Glory. The Stage Race includes long and short course options: 43 miles or 18 miles over 3 days. This year we have added the 3 Day Mini Stage Race featuring the shorter distances. This is a great way to get new(er) trail runner friends a chance to get their feet wet and prepare them to tackle the Grand Daddy of them all next year! Fully aide supported, plus home cooked hot meals after each stage with meat and vegetarian options! With over 2000+ acres of trails, you will see everything from mountain streams, water falls, breathtaking bluff views and more. All runners will receive awesome finisher medals, t-shirts, enjoy live music, and enjoy the best trails North Alabama has to offer!
