A low-impact moving and meditation class that increases flexibility, reduces stress and promotes deep healing in the privacy of a small group.

This class involves stretches and seated movements that are adjusted for those with reduced mobility. No mat, special clothing or experience is necessary.

Open to cancer patients and their caregivers.
