Please join PAMF and Yoga Bharati for yoga classes at 10:45 AM every Saturday. These classes are free to all adult community members, patients, providers and staff.
Yoga and meditation are ways to help strengthen your mind and body.
This class may help you reduce stress and anxiety, feel happier, improve sleep, reduce pain and even lower blood pressure.
Class emphasis will be on using breath awareness, loosening practices and hatha yoga poses for mind/body awareness as well as meditation for a deeper connection with oneself. Classes are provided by Kalpana Galagali and “Yoga Bharati.”
No experience is required, all activities can be adapted and beginners are welcome!
