Join Andrea Oosterhouse, certified yoga instructor, for a calming, stress-relieving yoga practice designed to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. This mind-body awareness yoga practice emphasizes mental relaxation through a series of breathing instruction, and slow yoga stretches and poses.
Individuals should dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat to each session.
