Freedom from Smoking is the American Lung Association program designed for adults who want to quit smoking. This program has helped hundreds of thousands of smokers quit for good, it emphasizes understanding the psycho-social and behavioral aspects of nicotine addiction and methods to ‘kick the habit.’ A supportive group atmosphere is led by Dominican Hospital respiratory therapists.
