Free Military Appreciation Class (Active Duty and Vets).

This class is a karma (Free) class Only for military active duty service members and veterans to support the health and healing of our Warriors. It will be held once a month and will be taught as a restorative style class with trauma centered language. We hope by sharing our space and increasing awareness we can assist our local heroes in staying healthy and resilient.

What to bring: yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and a block. If you don't have these items just come as you are.
