Awaken your body and mind in this all-level yoga class that includes sun salutations as well as movement with breath and sequences that build strength, flexibility and balance. Classes begin with a theme to inspire practice, centering, and breath concentration. You’ll end each class with deep stretching and relaxation to release tension and lengthen muscles. This class will provide calming, positive energy for your mind and body that will leave you feeling centered and balanced.
