Five Alarm 5k and Chili Cook-Off

About the Event

Join us for our Five Alarm 5k & Chili Cook-Off at Bierstadt Lagerhaus in Denver on Saturday, November 2nd @ for a 5k-ish course that starts and ends at this awesome brewery! Weave through the surrounding area at whatever pace you like, no matter what, there’s a beer waiting for you at the finish line! We have start waves at 10:00 and 10:30am.

Once you finish with the run, you can indulge in chili from up to 30 Chili Cook-Off participants. Your 5k entry ticket comes with your first beer and tasters of the chili! Or you can purchase a Chili Cook-Off-only ticket for $5.

Free to enter

Provide at least a crock-pot size of your best chili for runners and tasters to sample (sample cups and spoons will be provided)

Please bring your own extension cord, serving spoons, crock-pot, and obviously some killer chili!!

Be ready to serve from 11:00am-12:30pm.

Prizes for best Red Chili, Green Chili, Veggie Chili, and Best in Show

Category winners will win a Bierstadt 4-pack of beer and 2 free 5k entries for 2025 Colorado Brewery Running Series events. The Best in Show winner will win a Bierstadt 4-pack and 6 free 5k entries for 2025!
