Calm the mind and deeply relax the body. Restorative postures, body scan meditation, and yoga nidra are woven into this class series. Add these techniques to your sleep routine and start each day refreshed and energized.

AdventHealth Fitness Classes follow Johnson County’s guidelines for social distancing. These safety measures include: masks worn at all times, temperatures checked prior to class starting, and 6 feet of distancing maintained during class. Virtual classes may be offered to ensure safe social distancing.
