This therapeutic class is designed to relieve racing mind, inability to stop thinking and repetitive thoughts. Gentle movements along with guided mediation, breathing, intention setting and mood regulation techniques provide each participant with tools to relieve their anxiety symptoms.

AdventHealth Fitness Classes follow Johnson County’s guidelines for social distancing. These safety measures include: masks worn at all times, temperatures checked prior to class starting, and 6 feet of distancing maintained during class. Virtual classes may be offered to ensure safe social distancing.
