Join a Village Creek State Park ranger to ring in the new year with a nature hike to explore the biodiversity of the Big Thicket.

A new year brings new opportunities to explore nature at a state park.

Get your blood pumping with a bike ride around the park trails and roadway with Ranger Erick.

- The hike will meet at the back parking lot.
- Duration - Roughly 1 hour
- Distance - 2 mile - Bring your bike
- Closed shoes and extra water recommended
- Entry fees of $4 per person 13 and older apply
- All ages welcome
