Addictions destroy families and friendships. Now the Dewey Center is offering a group that can help you develop ways to more effectively cope with loved ones who are struggling with a substance abuse problem.

This group is an eight (8) session, 90 minute group program for family members or concerned significant others of a substance abusing person. Our group will help support concerned significant others while they are living with the effects of chemical dependency in their lives. We will learn new support techniques and effective ways of communicating that will support you and help the substance abusing person either enter treatment or succeed in treatment. Anyone is welcome to attend (children age 12 and over must be accompanied by a parent. no children under age 12 please)
