About the Event

Join us for a festive holiday market at Empire Stores in Dumbo! This December, we're hosting three weekends of holiday magic, featuring a rotating selection of over 35 talented local makers each weekend. Discover impeccably crafted jewelry, apparel, bath and body care, tableware, handmade food items, home furnishings, and more — perfect for one-of-a-kind holiday gifts and stocking stuffers.

Our holiday pop-up is located in the lobby of Empire Stores, home to Time Out Market, Cecconi's, Dumbo House, and West Elm. Come hungry so you can fill up at one of Time Out Market's 20+ food vendors (we recommend Bark Barbecue's brisket and pulled pork sandwiches, Wayla's Pad Kee Mao noodles, and anything from Clinton Street Bakery). Don't forget to check out the 5th floor rooftop views.

While you're in the neighborhood, explore Brooklyn Bridge Park for the sweeping vistas, take a ride on Jane's Carousel, explore the old architecture and cobblestone streets, and Dumbo Walls, outdoor murals scattered throughout the neighborhood. Dumbo has become one of the buzziest neighborhoods in New York. It is a hotbed of culture, commerce, and gastronomy.

This event is part of FAD Market's Holiday Pop-up series, with concurrent markets happening at The Invisible Dog Art Center in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn and St. Paul's Church in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. Together, our three locations will feature a rotating selection of 150 talented makers, designers, and artisanal food brands every weekend, offering an unparalleled shopping experience. Over the three weekends, you'll have the chance to shop from nearly 500 creative small businesses across all three venues. With convenient access between locations via a short walk or a quick subway ride on the F train, FAD Market is your go-to destination for holiday gifts.

FAD Market's Holiday Pop-up in Dumbo at Empire Stores is accessible via the York Street (F), and High Street (A,C) subway stations as well as the NYC Ferry to Dumbo/Fulton Ferry.
