This evidence-based class on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (excluding holidays) is designed specifically for those with arthritis. Each one-hour class includes 30 minutes of low-impact cardiovascular exercise followed by strength, balance and flexibility training. Physical pre- and post-assessments are included to track your progress.
