The Mexican avant-garde that emerged after the country’s revolution galvanized artists in the United States who were seeking to break free of European aesthetic domination. Join us for a talk exploring themes from Vida Americana: Mexican Muralists Remake American Art, 1925-1945. During the thirty-minute session, participants are invited to comment and ask questions through a moderated chat for response and discussion after the talk.
