Easter Egg Hunt at Veterans of Foreign Wars

The New Melle Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring its 28th Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 1, at the New Melle VFW, 555 Foristell Rd. This is a new location this year; thank you to the New Melle VFW for hosting this popular community event.

Registration begins at 9 a.m., and the hunt starts at 10 am sharp. The Easter Egg Hunt is for ages 0 - 10 years and is divided by age groups. This free event offers egg hunts, games and activities, hot drinks and donuts, pictures with the Easter Bunny, and hundreds of prizes, including bikes, scooters, toys, and more. Immediately following the Kid's Easter Egg Hunt (approximately 10:30 am), join the 6th Annual Adult Easter Egg Hunt for $10 per person. This is an adult hunt; the prizes include alcohol, wine, restaurant gift cards, etc. Many local businesses give generously to this event each year, making it possible to award such extraordinary prizes for kids and adults.
