Join us for our Diabetes Support Group!
The group is sponsored by the Diabetes Education department and seeks to help individuals with diabetes better understand and control their diabetes and to live lives free of diabetes-related health problems. There is no charge to attend this informative program and is open to anyone living with diabetes, family members and friends.
