Diabetes Self Management Part One - On the Road to Better Managing Your Diabetes
In this class we will review the following topics:
- Defined diabetes
- Expel common myths
- Discuss basic physiology of diabetes
- Identify the signs of high and low blood sugar
- Outline the basics of healthy eating
You will finish this class with setting some personal goals.
