Our 8-week Diabetes Exercise program was specifically designed for Type II Diabetics. It is led by our veteran Fitness Specialist staff and runs twice a week offering the following:
-Cardiovascular and strength training exercises for all fitness levels.
-Regular glucose and blood pressure testing for our Diabetic participants.
-Educational materials and healthy recipes to reinforce your efforts.
-An atmosphere of support, accountability and camaraderie.
Class meets for 8 weeks on Tuesday and Thursday on the Fitness Floor.
