Basics of Diabetes Self-management This FREE four -part program is designed for people with diabetes who want a helthy level of control.

Each two-hour class will cover the following topics: Basics of diabetes, Eating healthy and fitting your favorite foods into your new lifestyle,

Maintaining glycemic targets, Medications, delay or prevent complications, long-term planning and more.

Please call Diabets Education Services at 440-354-1622 to register. All classes will be held virtually.
